What Is Therapeutic Coaching?

Therapeutic coaching is a powerful approach that helps people heal the impact of the past while creating a future that feels more aligned with who they truly are.

By working with both mind and body, and with conscious and subconscious processes, therapeutic coaching supports deeper self-awareness, nervous system regulation, self-compassion and lasting personal change.

This creates a coaching space that is both reflective and practical, helping you understand what may be holding you back while also supporting meaningful forward movement.

With over 15 years of coaching experience and 25 years working in the cultural sector, I bring a depth of experience to the work I do with individuals, small teams and organisations.

Sometimes the focus is professional development, confidence or leadership. Sometimes it is anxiety, stress, relationships or a pattern of thinking that feels difficult to shift. At other times, people come with a one-off challenge such as a job interview, a life transition or a specific moment where they want support and clarity.

The best place to begin is with a Discovery Call.

This gives you the opportunity to get a feel for the kind of coaching I offer, ask any questions, and explore whether I’m the right coach for you. It also gives me a sense of what you would like to get out of coaching.

If we decide to work together, I will send you a consultation form to fill in, and then a contract before we begin.

I coach online and in person in my garden studio in Brighton, outside on a walk, and in the plush Upper Circle Bar at the Theatre Royal, by arrangement.
