About me

I grew up in Hamburg, Germany and studied dance, drama and European cultural policy in England. I’ve been here for over 25 years now and live in Brighton with my husband and two teenage boys.

When I’m not in my garden office, I am knitting, dress making, off for a run & swim with my friends, or experimenting in the kitchen. I find it hard to follow a recipe and don’t read instructions.

I started my company ArtsAgenda in 2004, working as producer for outdoor arts and site-specific theatre companies. Within a short time, the organisation assembled a brilliant team of independent producers, and built a strong reputation for exquisite, world touring and large-scale projects and developing artistic programmes for festivals and events.

In 2012 I qualified as a coach and have since focused on 1 : 1 coaching, business coaching and designing & delivering leadership programmes such as the TOOLBOX Residency  and Sura Medura, an international artist residency in Sri Lanka.
