I founded ArtsAgenda in 2004 to create a better working environment for independent creative producers. With a start-up grant from Arts Council England, the company developed a strong reputation for site specific and outdoor arts of all scales and global reach.Within a short time, the organisation assembled a brilliant team of independent producers, and built a strong reputation for exquisite, world touring and large-scale projects and developing artistic programmes for festivals and events. We were influential Programme Consultants for the initial years of Derby Festé, and several projects within the 2012 Cultural Olympiad.
After 20 busy years, ArtsAgenda closed its doors, to open a few new ones!

Developing and facilitating this Development Programme and Residency at 101 is a particular joy for me, this programme is the one I wish had existed when I first started out as Creative Producer.
It’s a mixture of coaching leadership style and inspiring capability alongside reflection and creativity. A holistic approach to shaping careers that are sustainable, and value the individuals working in the arts.
